jake's 1st haircut...9.25

we FINALLY got around to getting jake's ragamuffin hair taken care of...he went to our friend miss deana for his first haircut...as did his big brother...wearing an elephant outfit...as did his big brother! he wasn't too impressed with the salon experience!!! if his hair grows like his big brother, he'll get used to the frequent trips soon enough!!!

and i mean that in the proudest, BEST way possible...after weeks of weight checks at the beginning of jake's life, i am SUPER EXCITED to have a rolly round baby boy! and he's too funny in the sink! always a photo op!!!

its football time in tennessee!...9.5

we went over to the little's house to hang out, play, and watch university of tennessee football! we ate way too much, the kids played way too much, and we stayed way too long...a PERFECT way to spend a saturday in september!!! (although, with the kids on a water slide and swimming, you would never have known it was september!!!)
